Victron Energy GX Tank 140

The GX Tank 140 is an accessory for use with with Victron Energy's range of GX system monitoring products (e.g. a Cerbo GX) and enables up to four tank level sensors to be connected and monitored (e.g. fresh water, waste water, black water, oil, fuel, live well, etc.), making it suitable for use in a wide range of automotive and marine applications.

The unit connects to a GX device via the hard-wired USB cable (which also supplies power) and is configured through the settings menu on the device. The tank levels are shown graphically on the device's display (e.g. Touch GX screen, or marine MFD over an NMEA 200 network) or remotely via the VRM portal.

The GX Tank 140 is compatible with current senders (4 to 20 mA) as well as voltage senders (0 to 10 V). Wiring is kept as simple as possible with two of the the four inputs providing a 24V power supply, via an internal voltage converter, to the connected sensors, with the other two channels requiring an external power supply via a power-in terminal.
