Loyalty Points
We offer a loyalty points scheme for all retail customers who have registered an account with us (please note that this scheme does not apply to trade accounts). Once you are signed into your account any purchases made will accrue loyalty points that are stored against your account when your order is completed and can be redeemed against future purchases.
Please note: You must be signed into your account when purchasing to accrue loyalty points. If you opt to check out as a Guest we cannot retrospectively award points to your existing account or to a new account.
To use your points please make sure you are logged into your account. On the basket page the number and value of points against your account will be displayed and you will have the option to use the points to reduce your basket total.
Terms & Conditions
- For each £1 spent, you will be awarded 1 loyalty point
- 100 points earned is equal to £5 saving
- Loyalty points are not added to your account until your order is shipped in full.
- Loyalty points used to purchase goods cannot be re-awarded to your account if you return the goods for a refund
- Loyalty points accrued on a purchase that is subsequently returned for refund will be deducted from your account
- Loyalty points expire 12 months after issue and will be removed from your account.
- We do not offer a cash alternative for loyalty points.
- If you register a retail account that is subsequently converted to a trade account, any accrued loyalty points will be lost and cannot be redeemed.
- We cannot retrospectively award points if you are not logged in to your account when checking out.
