Why do we collect your personal data?
We collect your personal data primarily in order to allow you to use the full functionality of our website (via cookies) and to allow us to fulfil our contractual obligations in delivering goods that you have purchased from us (via your name, address, contact details and payment details). Data held by our partner companies are kept securely on encrypted servers. Any printed paperwork containing personal details (e.g. despatch notes or picking lists) that is not sent as part of an order is securely shredded and we do not store hard copies of orders, sales invoices, customer records or other personal information. All credit/debit card information related to orders is held off-site by our payment processing partners.
We limit access to personal data to those employees for whom we reasonably believe it is necessary to have access to it in order to fulfil our contractual obligations to you.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site, therefore any transmission is at your own risk.

Our website is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16. We will not knowingly collect personal data via our website or any other method from customers under this age.
Transferring your personal data outside of the EU
As part of our services offered to you we may need to transfer your personal data to partner companies whose servers reside outside of the EU. Trusted Shops independent reviews
We use Trusted Shops as our independent shop review collector. We have integrated the Trusted Shops Trustbadge on this website in order to display our Trusted Shops Trustmark and offer the Trusted Shops products to customers after placing an order. This serves the protection of our legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offer according to art. 6 (1) 1 lit f GDPR that are overriding in the process of balancing of interests. The Trustbadge and the advertised trust badge services are offered by Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne, Germany.
With every use of the Trustbadge, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file which contains e.g. your IP address, the date and time of the request, the volume of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the request. Those access data are not analysed and are automatically overwritten no later than seven days after the end of your website visit. Other personal data are transferred to Trusted Shops only if you decide to use or have already registered to use Trusted Shops products after placing an order. In such a case, the contract concluded between you and Trusted Shops applies.
What non-personally identifiable data does the company collect and how is it used?
We collect and track certain non-personally identifiable data including, but not limited to, browser type, access times, domain names, usage habits and other information which does not specifically identify any individual.
We may use and disclose non-personally identifiable data for any number of reasons including, but not limited to, working with business partners and improving our web site and services.
