This 2723 busbar from Blue Sea Systems neatly combines both positive and negative connections in one block, and can accommodate a wide range of cable sizes thanks to the combination of stud and screw terminals on its busbars.
Each busbar has 2 studs that can accept M8 (8.4mm) ring terminals, and 5 screws that can accept M5 (5.3mm) ring terminals. The busbars are made from tin-plated copper for excellent electrical conductivity, all fixings are stainless steel for corrosion resistance, and the base is moulded from high-impact glass-filled plastic. There is a raised insulating section along the middle of the block to separate the busbars and it comes complete with a clear snap-on insulating cover to prevent accidental shorts and damage. Screw holes are moulded in for mounting the busbar to a suitable surface.
Each busbar has a maximum rating of 150A and can be used in DC systems up to 48V as well as AC systems up to 300V.
