This 2702 busbar from Blue Sea Systems neatly combines both positive and negative connections for up to 10 circuits in one block, enabling a very compact and quick installation. Each of the two busbars has a maximum rating of 100A and can be used in DC systems up to 48V as well as AC systems up to 300V.
Each busbar has 10 terminal screws with captive starlock washers that accept 4.3mm ring terminals. The busbars are made from tin-plated copper for excellent electrical conductivity, all fixings are stainless steel for corrosion resistance, and the base is moulded from high-impact glass-filled plastic. There is a raised insulating section along the middle of the block to avoid accidental shorts and an optional insulating cover is available (not included and shown for illustration only - see below). Screw holes are moulded in at each end for mounting the busbar.
