A strong, polyisobutylene, black self-amalgamating elastic tape that adheres to itself when stretched and overlapped, creating a water-tight seal. Highly conformable and especially useful for external cable joints and connections in auto and marine electrical systems.

The tape should be stretched to 2/3 its width and applied with a 50% overlap to provide a good seal. Also ensure that the ends of the tape are pressed firmly down.

Note: This tape has a white separator layer that must be removed before use.
