Description

This 2127 MaxiBus busbar from Blue Sea Systems is perfect for power distribution or negative return consolidation for multiple circuits in applications with loads up to 250A. It  can be used in DC systems up to 48V as well as AC systems up to 300V.

There are four studs that accept M8 (8.4mm) ring terminals and these are insert moulded and fitted with flange nuts to enable high torque for exceptional electrical contact. All fixings are stainless steel for corrosion resistance, the busbar is made from tin-plated copper for excellent electrical conductivity, and the base is moulded from high-impact glass-filled plastic, giving this product a heavy duty feel.

The raised busbar design, together with the long stud length, allows multiple cable terminals to be connected to a single stud.

Further information

A separate Maxibus Insulating Cover (not included - shown for illustration only) is available that completely encloses the busbar, and has strong latches and multiple cable entry options.
