We are now stocking the Fogstar Drift ECO range of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries!

The Fogstar Drift ECO is your gateway to reliable, budget-friendly off-grid power without sacrificing quality.

We have both the 100Ah and 305Ah batteries available, which are both equipped with a JDB Battery Management System to protect the batteries against overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit and temperature extremes for ultimate safety and performance.

Both batteries are also backed by a 6 year warranty which will give users peace of mind and it shows the trust that Fogstar have in the build quality of these batteries. They are built for any adventure with a rugged IP67-rated housing meaning that the unit is dustproof and splash-proof for worry-free operation and they can also be mounted on their side. LiFePO4 batteries allow twice the useable capacity compared with lead-acid batteries and are also less than half the weight. 

The Drift ECO range differs from the Drift and Drift Pro range in that the ECO's do not have a built in heater or Bluetooth but they are still made from great quality lithium cells and provide a really affordable way of upgrading to lithium power. As these batteries do not have Bluetooth capabilities, the only way to check the battery's state of charge % would be with a battery monitor, something like the Victron Energy SmartShunt 300A would be ideal and will provide you with a wide range of information regarding your battery.
