Description

Durite standard/mini break and make relay with normally closed contacts rated at 12V, 20A.

This relay is configured in the opposite manner to most 4 pin relays in that the high current circuit (pins 30 & 87) are connected until the relay is energised, at which point they disconnect (it's a 'break and make' relay, rather than a 'make and break' relay). This can be useful if you want to temporarily disconnect a circuit rather than temporarily connect it.

Includes detachable metal bracket for mounting if not using a relay socket.

Type B pin layout.

Normally closed relay

As with every relay I have ever used it is very easy to follow the wiring diagram. At one point we thought it was drawing to much current on the coil but wiring it in parallel solved that from a supply that is wired directly from the battery. Very compact and easy to mount.
