This 2-pin, 3A deck plug and socket connector is ideal for running low power cables (e.g. LED lights, VHF etc.) through the deck and up masts on boats, or for any application where a waterproof, removable connection is required through a bulkhead.
It has a stylish and robust chrome-plated body and the plug and socket can be easily disconnected when stepping the mast. Its IP65 rating protects the connections from the elements and it comes with a tethered, weatherproof cap to protect the socket when not in use.
Cable termination is via screw-terminals and the brass contacts are keyed to ensure an error-proof connection, ensuring polarity is always correct.
Suitable for 12V or 24V DC systems. Suits cable with an outside diameter of 4-5mm.
