I didn’t expect a top quality product as it’s not priced to be, but even so , shouldn’t have bothered with it. Bought another one from down the road after an hour trying to use🤷🏼‍♂️

Light weight insulated connector crimp tool

I had believed that my crimped connectors would usually fail because thats what just what amateur crimped connections do. Now I know it was the Halfords tool I was using. This light weight insulated connector crimp tool is a revelation.

Just what I needed

Does the job as expected.
It will only get occasional use. Good quality for a reasonable price.

Not used a crimping tool before but this one worked perfectly.

I won't be without these

I have used this type of crimp tool for years and found it the best to use. Yes the ratchet crimp tool is great, but these are so quick, easy and in my view give a better crimp.

These aren't very strong and were a bit difficult to use. The wire cutters bent the very first time I tried to use them and I couldn't use them to cut anything but the crimpers worked alright. If you're unlikely to do much crimping ever then these are a cheap functional tool (except for the wire cutters), but if you're going to be using them a lot then they're probably a false economy.

Works fine

No problems with it. It's hard on the hands to fully press the handles together as it's not a rachet system but for a cheap tool it does what it needs to.
