This 5196 surface mount 3-way fuse block from Blue Sea Systems accommodates three MRBF fuses for consolidated high amperage circuit protection. It contains 3 circuits on a busbar powered from a common input and is suitable for use on high current loads such as primary battery feed, inverter, windlass, bow thruster, multiple output battery chargers, etc.
The clear clip-on cover satisfies AYBC/USCG insulation requirements, has breakout tabs for cable entry, and accommodates Blue Sea Systems square format labels for easy circuit identification.
The design allows the circuit cables to enter on either side of the block, and the one-piece stainless flange nuts ensure safe and secure connections. The isolated stud design electrically insulates the studs from the busbars so that all current flows through the fuses, allowing M8 terminals to be stacked on top of each other.
This fuse block is ignition protected, making it safe to use in engine compartments around petrol.
Important: Only for use with Blue Sea Systems MRBF fuses. Fuses not included (see below).

Fuses are available here. MRBF fuses are available in 30-300A ratings and have a high interrupt capacity to satisfy the American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC) requirements for DC main circuit protection on large battery banks.
