Recommended crimp tools for use with these terminals:
- 0.5 - 1.5mm² use P00454, P00456 or P00455
- 1.5 - 2.5mm² and 2.5 - 6.0mm² use P00455
- The crimp tabs on 4.0 - 6.0mm² terminals are large and should be formed using pliers or similar.

Originally bought cheap terminals from China, big mistake, then bought these, a perfect fit and fitment

The male and female terminals do not have the correct tolerances making it impossible to connect them when they have been inserted into a terminal block.
It really caused me considerable issues as I had to make a tool to widen the female terminals so I could connect them. After contacting 12 volt planet the only resolution offered was to return them, hardly worth the bother.
Purchased new terminals elsewhere and they were a perfect fit.
In conclusion, it took considerable time to find out what the issue was and how to resolve it. Really expected to be told that new terminals that had been checked would be sent out immediately, however that didn’t happen.
Now I have sourced them elsewhere that’s were I’ll go in future.

I bought these to go in the corresponding housing, but having found they didn't work well there, I tried mating a pair in isolation. They go together easily enough, but then it took hard work with two pairs of pliers to be able to pull them apart again. Far too tight a connection for a spade connector, and liable to cause cable damage if used in a real installation.
