Perfect and nice looking, like everything else 12v I've bought from 12v Planet.

Thank you very much for the great feedback!

Works well

Easy to fit requiring a 6mm hole. Terminals a bit fiddly plus the colour (gold and silver) difference between them not the best.

Good but care needed

So I bought these little LEDs for my control panel, simply to show when power was present. They do the job well, but here's a few pointers to using them.

1. The LEDs have sticky labels on. These get in the way, so best to remove and clean off the glue with white spirit.

2. When you are soldering the terminals, the first thing is to tin them. Then you can't tell which is +ve and which is –ve as they are covered in solder. So, mark the body of the LED before you start. I scratched a + and – with a small blade.

3. Be careful not to pull on the terminals. One of mine came out; luckily it just pushed back in. With longish leads soldered on, it's easy to pull by accident.

4. If you are fitting anything to the leads, such as crimp terminals, be sure to fit the LEDs in their panel first. Once the crimp terminals are on, you can't pass the little washer and nut over them.

Do the job nicely.
