These interior strip lamps with integrated touch-sensitive on/off switch are designed to blend into any motorhome, campervan, boat or commercial vehicle interior with their sleek, contemporary design. They're available in three different lengths and have the option to be wired directly so that the touch sensitive switch is bypassed (for remote switching). They are surface mounted and being only 11mm deep are low profile, making them an excellent choice in applications where head-room is limited. The low current draw also means they are excellent replacements for older-style incandescent lights, making your battery last longer.
The lamp body is electro-plated aluminium with a tough polycarbonate lens and ABS end caps. Two screw hole blanking caps on top of the light can be removed (by pushing them off from the rear of the light) to access the fixing holes and the cable entry is on the rear of the light, beneath the touch switch (see videos in Manuals & Guides section).
Includes fixing screws and available in 260, 410 & 770mm lengths. Black and Graphite Grey versions also available.
These lights come with a 3 year warranty.
PLEASE NOTE: The screw hole blanking caps must be pushed out from the rear of the light to access the screw holes. Removing the end caps of the light is unnecessary, is highly likely to result in damage to the switch and will void the warranty.

i bought two of these 770mm for general illumination, plus one 440mm for over workbench in off grid garage, with solar panel and Victron solar controller, with two small 12V Lithium battery (from elsewhere).
The illimnation from these LED strip lights is excellent and with low current draw makes this system very practical for hours of illumination at night.

I installed two of these in my van conversion. They both worked well until I tried out my inverter at 1.2KW. Then for some reason the touch sensors stopped working but they're still stonkingly bright.
I guess this failure was a combination of poor ESD protecrion in the touch sensor and inverter spitout spikes going back up the 12V supply.
Anyway I'm not overly bothered, I ordered these not even knowing they had an internal touch switch so I was fully prepared to fit an ordinary switch on the static 12V line.

Bought this light fitting over the sink area in our Autocruise campervan.
It was an area that needed brightening up.
This light was easy to fit once i found a suitable supply and earth point.
Looks great and appears well made.
One improvement would be to print the units hole centres on the paper infil with the packaging.
