Description

12V amber-illuminated cigar socket and lighter with classic/retro styling. The 2W bulb has separate power supply to enable connection with switched dashboard lighting (so it is only illuminated when the vehicle lights are turned on). The body which houses the bulb screws onto the socket and tightens to secure to the panel.

This can be used as a cigar power socket for mobile phone charging, sat nav power supply etc.

Fitted this to replace a much older 12V socket in my car - needed for the SatNav. Robustly made and connects fine.
Note that there is a separate connector for the lighter so you can have this come on with the car lights.
If you don't want the light, it is easily removed.

The item works perfectly now, I struggled to get it to work initially, but assistance from the Company was a great help.The item would benefit from some paperwork explaining the various connections.

Bought this for a 70s classic Mini to be as close to the original cigar lighter as possible and was not disappointed.

Ordered on the Monday, received in post on Thursday.
We fitted it to our classic Mini on Friday. Job done !
We can now plug in the sat nav. Excellent.
